When replacing the stepper motor in the product with a servo motor, what should be paid attention to?


1. In order to ensure that the control system does not change much, a digital servo system should be selected, and the original pulse control method can still be used;


2. Since servo motor manufacturers have a certain overload capacity, when selecting a servo motor, it is empirically possible to determine the rated torque of the servo motor based on 1/3 of the output torque of the stepper motor used;


3. The rated speed of the servo motor is much higher than that of the stepper motor. In order to give full play to the performance of the servo motor, try to increase the reducer to make the servo motor close to the rated speed.
