Shell
The casing is produced from impact-resistant, heat-resistant plastic.
Shell color: dark gray
The gearbox housing is made of aluminum die-casting, with 4 cable holes reserved for easy access to Pg11 cable sleeves.
Actuator
With reversible, anti-locking synchronous motor
Adjustment of angle switching node
Use adjustable cam
The scale on the cam ring indicates the corresponding angle switching value
The cam can be adjusted manually using the included hook wrench or similar tool
gear drive chain
The reduction gear unit has a self-lubricating sintered bronze retaining sleeve, requiring no additional maintenance.
drive shaft
Fits smoothly with the front end of the transmission mechanism
Installation and fixing
The front end of the transmission mechanism serves as the mounting surface
Fixed through 3 M5 threaded holes
Instructions for use:
The synchronous motor drives the output shaft through the transmission gear. The output shaft is connected to a set of cams used to drive limit and auxiliary switches. The switching position of each limit switch and auxiliary switch can be achieved by adjusting the angle of the corresponding cam within the working range. The control part includes 2 limit switches and up to 5 auxiliary switches. In addition, a potentiometer can be integrated (as a signal feedback unit for proportional control or as a setting unit for a slave control device or as a remote position indicator).
