There are many types of burners, and their applications vary. However, the operation of commonly used burners is quite similar.
The main operating procedures of the burner are as follows:
The operator checks through the burner inspection port to confirm whether the pilot flame is ignited.
After the main flame is ignited and stable, press the pilot flame start button on the ignition control panel. After the pilot flame is ignited normally, check whether the gas supply pressure in the main pipeline is within the normal range.
The fan starts, entering the pre-purge phase. Check and confirm that the equipment is in normal condition. Observe the gas and air pressure indicators to confirm that the burner operation permission command is given.
Press the ignition control button on the ignition control panel. At this point, the ignition controller enters the ignition start sequence.
The ignition task of the pilot flame is now completed. The operator should promptly close the pilot flame button on the panel and cut off the pilot flame to maintain the main flame combustion.
During the main flame combustion process, the operator can adjust the size of the flame as needed according to the process requirements. Adjust the operating handles of the gas valve and air valve to adjust the burner load output to meet the process requirements.
