1. Ignition failure
Under normal circumstances, if the burner starts three times in a row, it is judged that the ignition failure is ignition failure, and corresponding inspections are carried out to eliminate the fault. (Fan works fine, correct program on ignition)
1. When the gas source fails, check whether the natural gas pressure is normally maintained at 3-5kpa. If it is too high or too low, it will cause ignition failure. Solution: Adjust the natural gas pressure regulating valve to set the pressure.
2. When the damper is too large and cannot be ignited many times, check the size of the damper. The treatment method is: close the damper appropriately, but not completely.
3. When the ignition electrode or ignition transformer fails, the ignition transformer does not start, or the ignition electrode is too dirty and the position is wrong, ignition failure will occur. Treatment method: test whether the ignition transformer is ignited, clean the ignition electrode, and adjust the ignition gap to keep it at 2-3mm.
4. When the gas valve group cannot ignite normally, open the gas valve group in time, and the sound of opening can be heard. When the valve group cannot be opened, the flame will not form, and the treatment method can be adopted. Check the valve group coil and adjust the valve opening.
5. The ignition controller is faulty. All ignition programs are issued by the controller. The controller is damaged and cannot ignite normally. Solution: replace the controller.
2. Flame failure
When the burner is running and burning normally, the flame suddenly goes out, that is, the flameout failure.
1. After the unstable gas source causes the flame to fluctuate, it should be extinguished and dealt with, adjust the pressure, and restart.
2. When the flame detector is malfunctioning, the flame detection probe is grounded, or it is too dirty to detect a normal flame, and the flameout occurs. Treatment method: adjust the position of the probe and clean the surface of the probe. Restart.
3. Circuit failure The power supply is unstable or lacks phase, resulting in flameout during the process. Solution: Consult an electrician to check the power supply and wiring.
3. The burner does not start
Press the start button, the burner will not start for a long time.
1. External interlock failure The external temperature or pressure control does not reach the lower limit of start-up; check the temperature or pressure setting value.
2. When the internal interlock of the burner cannot pass through too high or too low wind pressure, when the wind pressure switch is normally closed or not closed, and when the damper mechanism is not in place, it will appear and be checked step by step.
3. If the program controller cannot be reset, please reset it again.
4. Fan motor overheating protection, thermal relay reset.
5. Check whether the start button of the control cabinet is normal.
6. Check whether the starting signal is normal and whether the voltage fuse is normal.
