Instructions for the use of low-nitrogen burners: After 13 seconds of pre-blowing air, the solenoid valve of the oil pump is automatically opened, and the oil mist sprayed from the nozzle is ignited by the electric spark and forms a flame. At this time, the flame detector feels the brightness of the flame, and the controller enters the locked state. The ignition electrode is delayed for about 15 seconds to stop ignition, and the burner is in normal working condition. If the ignition is not successful, the flame is not formed, or the flame detector does not feel the brightness of the flame, after a safety time of about 10 seconds, the safety alarm system will operate, the start-up procedure of the burner will be cut off, and the fault red light will be on. When the burner is first started, if the flame detector senses the brightness, the safety system will operate. The controller does not enter the normal program, the solenoid valve does not open, and the nozzle does not refuel. After about 10 minutes of safety time, the fault red light is on. Therefore, when the burner is started under the light, the flame detector must be isolated from the light. When the burner emits flame, the flame detector should be released immediately, otherwise the burner will not work normally. Three minutes after the red light comes on, the burner can be restarted.
Precautions for the use of low nitrogen burners:
1. Connect the peripheral circuit. When realizing automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure and water level, please operate according to the wiring diagram of the control system.
2. The suction pipe should not be close to the bottom of the tank, keeping a distance of 80-120mm. The burner should be turned off before filling the tank with oil. Fuel had to be filtered before being filled into the tank and 20 minutes before the engine could be restarted. There shall be no oil and gas leakage in the oil pipeline system. Before starting the burner, check the fuel tank.
3. The throttle valve size should match the nozzle size. When the burner is in use, due to the inconsistency between the matching boiler and the boiler used for debugging when the burner leaves the factory, it is generally necessary to properly adjust the gas valve, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the fuel nozzle with a suitable specification and injection angle.
4. The ambient temperature of the burner should not exceed 70 degrees Celsius, otherwise cooling and heat insulation measures should be taken. When used in cold regions, appropriate insulation measures should be taken to insulate the oil storage device and the oil supply and return pipeline system to prevent freezing and blockage. At the same time, the control circuit of the burner should not be affected by moisture or high temperature. Turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.
5. The motor should be protected from moisture and should not be used in a humid environment.
6. The burner should be installed in a balanced manner and used horizontally or vertically, avoiding inclined use.
7. When the burner cannot be operated directly, an external control switch and electrical protection device should be connected.
8. Regularly check whether the connection of the burner and its components is firm, loose, and whether the position has changed.
9. When the burner is started, it is necessary to strictly prevent the sudden fire from hurting people and things.
Regular maintenance:
1. The light diesel oil must be clean. Please pay attention to cleaning the water tank and filter regularly.
2. During normal use, replace the oil nozzle once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and the rubber parts on the coupling once a year and a half.
3. It is strictly forbidden for foreign matter to enter the airway.
4. The burner should be kept away from flammable and explosive materials, and equipped with fire extinguishing equipment.
5. Properly adjust the oil pressure according to the indicated value of the oil pressure.
6. Regularly check the combustion cylinder, impeller, flame detector and ignition electrode to remove oil and carbon deposits. In particular, flame detectors should be kept clean and free from water contamination.
7. When maintaining the burner, turn off the power.
