What should you pay attention to when exporting Riello burner

The export of Riello burners involves many aspects such as equipment safety, destination country standards and international transportation. In order to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliant overseas use, we need to focus on the following aspects:

1. Target country standards and safety certification

• Standard compliance: Different countries have mandatory standards for burner emissions, electrical and gas. For example, exporting to Europe usually requires compliance with EN 676 (gas burner standard) or EN 267 (light oil burner standard) and EU CE certification (including low voltage, EMC electromagnetic compatibility, gas equipment directive, etc.).

• IP protection level: Based on the usage environment of the destination country (such as humid, dusty and other industrial or outdoor environments), verify whether the equipment reaches the corresponding protection level (such as IP54, etc.).

2. Electrical parameters and energy adaptation

• Power supply and frequency: Verify the voltage and frequency of the local power grid (three-phase power such as 230V/50Hz, 110V/60Hz or 380V/440V) to ensure that the burner motor, program controller and transformer match the voltage of the exporting country.

• Fuel type and pressure: Confirm the gas type (natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.) or fuel viscosity and gas/oil supply pressure range in the target market, and check whether a gas valve set of local standards is required (the gas valve set usually needs to comply with local specifications and be ordered separately).

3. Authentic anti-counterfeiting and qualification certificate

• Anti-counterfeiting labels: Riello Group targets counterfeit products in the global market, and factory products carry die-cast trademarks and original anti-counterfeiting information labels. When exporting, it is necessary to ensure that the identity of the original product is proved to avoid customs or customers detaining the goods due to suspicion of counterfeiting.

• Technical documentation package: Prepare multi-language (usually English and the official language of the destination country) instruction manual, installation guide, electrical schematic diagram and certificate of compliance for the corresponding model.

4. Packaging, logistics and transportation

• Shockproof and fixation: The burner contains a precision programmable controller, fan, electrode and ignition transformer. Original cartons or reinforced wooden boxes must be used during sea or air transportation to ensure internal shockproof and moisture-proof treatment.

• Vulnerable/prohibited accessories: If the equipment contains lithium batteries (some intelligent program controllers or spare parts), specific lubricants or grease nozzles, it must be confirmed in advance whether it complies with the air/sea dangerous goods transportation terms.
