Safety of solenoid valves and precautions for gas stoves

What are the safety aspects of solenoid valves? How can we prevent them and protect them? Here is a brief introduction.

The solenoid valves we commonly use are not waterproof. When this is not allowed under certain conditions, please choose a waterproof type. However, they can be customized in the factory. Although the maximum nominal pressure of the solenoid valve must exceed the maximum pressure in the pipeline, the service life will be shortened or other unexpected situations may occur. For corrosive liquids, a full stainless steel type should be selected. For highly corrosive fluids, a plastic king (SLF) solenoid valve should be selected. For explosive environments, corresponding explosion-proof products must be selected.

Gas stoves are used in almost every household because gas is very cheap. There are many people who use gas stoves. What should we pay attention to when using gas stoves? How can we use them to improve the safety of gas stoves? Here are some things we should pay attention to when using gas stoves:

(1) Since the electronic ignition is a circuit composed of piezoelectric ceramics and metals, the food that is usually burned should not drip onto the stove. Keep the electrode part clean.

(2) The burner should be cleaned in time.

(3) If ignition is difficult, check whether the distance between the electrode and the stove body is too large, whether the ignition hole is unobstructed, whether the piezoelectric ceramics are invalid (weak fire), whether the metal components are falling off, etc. Otherwise, report the problem to the relevant office in time.
