Pulverized coal burner:
Mainstream type, suitable for cement kilns, requires a pulverized coal preparation system.
Key requirements: Pulverized coal fineness (80μm sieve residue <15%), volatile matter >25%.
Gas burner (natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.):
Clean and efficient, with low NOx emissions, but requires a stable gas source and is more expensive.
Multi-fuel burner:
Can mix pulverized coal, gas, biomass, or waste (such as tire-derived fuel (TDF)), enhancing fuel flexibility.
Classification by structural design:
Three-channel burner (mainstream):
From the inside out, it is divided into: central air flow (flame stabilization), coal air flow (fuel transportation), and external axial air flow (flame shape control).
Advantage: Flexible flame adjustment, suitable for high-volatile coal.
Four-channel burner:
Adding a swirl air channel enhances mixing between pulverized coal and air, reduces the primary air ratio (to <6%), and improves thermal efficiency.
Low NOx Burner:
Using staged combustion, flue gas recirculation (FGR), or pre-combustion chamber technology, NOx emissions can be reduced to <500mg/Nm³.
