The functions of each device are introduced as follows:
1. Burner
The burner and corrugated furnace constitute the combustion system of the gas boiler, and the fuel and air are reasonably proportioned and burned.
2. Control cabinet
The control cabinet is equipped with various control components to control the various instruments of the boiler, and then control the switch, start and stop of the boiler, monitor the boiler water level, pressure, and temperature, and control each parameter within a safe range.
3. Economizer, condenser
The energy-saving device of the boiler reduces the exhaust temperature and increases the boiler inlet water temperature.
4. Sub-cylinder
It is used to divert steam to different production workshops.
5. Water treatment equipment
Reduce the hardness of boiler water, avoid boiler scaling, ensure boiler thermal efficiency, and extend service life.
6. Instrument valves
Including boiler pressure gauge, water level gauge, thermometer, safety valve, electric contact pressure gauge and other boiler instrument valves.
