When gas boilers are used in production, they need to operate at a given pressure and temperature due to production process requirements. How should the pressure of gas boilers be adjusted? Gas steam boilers have steam on the top and water on the bottom, so they are not fully watered. What are the reasons that affect the water level changes of boilers? We will introduce these two questions in detail.
1. Gas boiler pressure regulation
During the adjustment process of gas boiler pressure controller, you must first adjust the hysteresis, and then adjust the range. Generally, 3 pressure controllers are required. The operation method is as follows:
1. The first one is fire power adjustment; for example, set 0.5MPa to low fire, 0.4MPa to start the furnace, and the adjustable pressure controller bolt difference (hysteresis) is 1, and the range (set value) is set to 5;
2. The second one is the shutdown pressure, set to the minimum diffe, and the range is adjusted to 6 (0.6MPa);
3. The third one is the overpressure alarm, set at about 0.7Mpa;
2. Reasons for boiler water level changes
There are many factors that affect the water level, mainly changes in boiler load, combustion changes, changes in water supply and steam volume, changes in drum pressure, etc., which can cause water level changes.
1. The supervision of boiler water level is observed by the drum water level. There are local two-color water level gauges, electric contact water level gauges, and balance containers. It has nothing to do with the boiler structure. The most reliable one is the local two-color water level meter, which uses industrial television to transmit the water level to the TV in the main control room.
2. Regulation is to adjust the amount of feed water by looking at the water level of the drum. Among them, automatic regulation is to control the opening of the feed water regulating valve through the logic program according to the three signals of steam volume, feed water volume and drum water level.
