The difference between electromagnetic boilers and electric boilers

The edge of the positioning insulation disk is turned outward, which can lead the liquid overflowing from the pot body to the outside of the shell. The bottom of the pot body is in contact with the temperature sensor.

The electric boiler body is mainly composed of an electric boiler steel shell, a computer control system, a low-voltage electrical system, an electric heating pipe, an inlet and outlet water pipe, and a detection instrument.


2. Energy-saving methods for electric boilers

2. Reasonably adjust the temperature difference between the supply and return water of the electric boiler

The electric boiler hot water heating system can be divided into three main forms, and the supply and return water temperature difference is as follows: In the low-temperature hot water radiator heating system, the ideal electric boiler supply and return water temperature difference should be 20-25℃; in the low-temperature hot water floor radiant heating system, the ideal electric boiler supply and return water temperature difference should be 5-10℃; in the fan coil heating system, the ideal electric boiler supply and return water temperature difference should be 4-5℃. Properly adjusting the temperature difference between the supply and return water of the electric boiler can improve the heat transfer coefficient, make the electric boiler more efficient, and significantly reduce the operating costs of the entire electric boiler heating period.


3. Reasonably set the upper limit temperature of the electric boiler

The temperature setting. The working principle of the electric heating furnace, automatic constant temperature frequency conversion function, when the water temperature reaches the upper limit temperature, the automatic frequency conversion stops and only performs insulation work. When it is lower than the upper limit temperature, it automatically heats. Heating is only to meet the heating demand. If the upper limit temperature is set too high, it is easy to make the upper limit temperature of the electric heating furnace difficult to reach. In this way, the electric heating furnace may enter a 24-hour working state, and the power consumption will be more unacceptable. Users should avoid this. The working principle of the electric boiler is intermittent work, that is, when the water supply temperature is lower than the upper limit temperature, the electric boiler is in a heating state, and when the water supply temperature reaches the upper limit temperature, the electric boiler is in a shutdown insulation state.


4. Reasonably set the night control temperature of the electric boiler

Control of temperature. Many factories do not need too high at night, and electric boilers can be set to control different temperatures at different stages. At night or on weekends and holidays when we don't need to work, we don't need high temperatures, we just need to set it to antifreeze mode. This can completely control the electricity cost of unnecessary operation. Electric boilers can be set to 3 working hours. When we go to bed at night, we don't need a very high heating temperature. We can appropriately lower the heating temperature of the electric boiler, which can save the operating costs of the electric boiler during the heating period.


5. Use radiator thermostatic valves. Radiator selection

Try to choose copper-aluminum composite radiators, aluminum has good heat dissipation and copper waterways are corrosion-resistant. The advantages of the boiler are obvious, and its pressure bearing capacity and thermal effect are higher than other radiators. By adjusting the thermostatic valve of the radiator, the temperature of the room can be freely adjusted.
