The main gas fuels of gas boilers include pipeline natural gas, compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas and other combustible gases. These fuels are flammable and explosive dangerous gases. They should be paid great attention to safety during use and storage to ensure the safe and stable operation of gas boilers.
To ensure the safe and stable operation of gas boilers, the burner commissioning should be strictly carried out in accordance with the following process:
I. There are three aspects of inspection before commissioning the gas burner
1. Check whether the gas is in place, whether the gas pipeline is clean and unobstructed, and whether the valve is open.
2. Whether there is any pipeline leakage and whether the pipeline installation is reasonable.
3. Deflate and empty the pipeline in front of the gas valve to ensure that there is no mixed air in the pipeline, and the exhaust pipe should be connected to the outside.
II. Internal inspection of gas burner burner
1. Whether the combustion head of the burner is installed and adjusted.
2. Whether the direction of motor rotation is correct.
3. Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
4. According to the line conditions, simulate the burner in cold state, and observe whether the various components of the running equipment are normal and whether the flame detection and protection parts are normal.
III. Debugging of gas burner burner
1. Check whether the external gas is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed, and whether the external power supply control is in place.
2. Adjust the load of the burner to a small load, adjust the ignition position to a small load accordingly, turn off the large load for ignition and observe the flame conditions, and adjust the servo motor or the damper opening according to the flame conditions to achieve a suitable combustion state.
3. Gradually increase the load, and adjust the servo motor or the damper opening point by point according to the flame conditions to achieve a suitable combustion state.
IV. Precautions for debugging and maintenance of gas engines
1. When the gas burner fails to ignite the secondary ignition program continuously, it should be stopped to check whether the gas supply system of the burner is normal and whether the circuit connection is correct. The burner can be restarted only after the fault is eliminated.
2. It is strictly forbidden to knock and rub the gas supply pipeline with a wrench or a metal rod to avoid static electricity or sparks, which may cause gas explosions.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, weld, cut or perform other illegal operations on the gas supply valve group or pipeline flange surface.
4. It is strictly forbidden to conduct any open flame test near the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to avoid major accidents.
5. Test whether there is fuel in the gas supply pipeline, usually with a gas low pressure gauge.
6. In the gas supply pipeline, even if it has been emptied, there are residual gas or droplets on the pipe wall. If there is static sparks and open flames, it will also cause combustion and explosion.
7. When the gas supply pipeline is ventilated and the valve group is faulty, it needs to be disassembled. First, the main valve at the front end of the valve group must be cut off, and then the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group must be vented. Only then can the valve group be disassembled and repaired.
8. During the commissioning work, gas must be handled carefully, safely and efficiently.
9. It is forbidden to use non-explosion-proof electrical tools on site.
10. It is recommended to use a leak detection device for burners of 600,000 kcal and above. If the user does not use a leak detection device, the customer will be responsible for any accidents caused by it.
