I. Use and maintenance
1. When connecting the peripheral circuit and realizing automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., please connect according to the control system wiring diagram.
2. The oil suction pipe must not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and should be kept at a distance of 80-120mm.
3. The burner should be turned off before filling the oil tank. The fuel can be injected into the oil tank after filtering, and the machine can be restarted 20 minutes after filling.
4. The oil system must not leak oil and gas.
5. Check whether the fuel tank is sufficient before starting the burner.
6. The size of the damper should match the specifications of the nozzle. When the burner is used, since the boiler equipped is inconsistent with the boiler used for debugging when the burner leaves the factory, it is generally necessary to adjust the damper appropriately, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the oil nozzle with the appropriate specifications and injection angle.
7. The operating environment temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70℃, otherwise cooling and heat insulation measures should be taken. When used in colder areas, appropriate insulation measures should be taken for the oil storage device and the oil supply and return pipeline system to prevent the oil circuit from being blocked due to freezing. At the same time, the control circuit part of the burner must not be exposed to moisture or high temperature.
8. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.
9. The motor and ignition transformer should be protected from moisture and avoid use in a humid environment.
10. The burner should be balanced when installed, and it should be used horizontally or vertically to avoid tilting.
11. When it is inconvenient to operate the burner directly, an external control switch and electrical protection device should be connected.
12. Check whether the connection of the burner and its components is firm, loose, or has changed position frequently.
13. When the burner is started, prevent the sudden ejection of flames from injuring people and destroying property.
2. Regular maintenance
The light diesel oil used must be clean. Please pay attention to regular cleaning of the fuel tank and oil filter. Under normal use, replace the oil nozzle once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and the rubber parts on the coupling once a year and a half.
1. It is strictly forbidden to allow foreign objects to enter the air duct.
2. The burner should be used away from flammable and explosive materials and equipped with fire extinguishing equipment.
3. Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the oil pressure indication value.
4. Regularly check the combustion tube, impeller, flame detector and ignition electrode to remove oil stains and carbon deposits. In particular, the flame detector should be kept clean and not exposed to water.
5. Be sure to cut off the power supply when maintaining the burner.
