Test whether there is fuel in the gas supply pipeline, usually with a gas low pressure gauge.
3. In the gas supply pipeline, even if it has been emptied, there is residual gas or droplets on the pipe wall. If there is static electricity sparks and open flames, it will also cause combustion. When the gas supply pipeline is ventilated and the valve group is faulty, it needs to be disassembled. First, the main valve at the front end of the valve group must be cut off, and then the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group must be vented before the valve group can be disassembled and repaired.
4. In the commissioning of gas boiler burners and burners, gas must be used carefully, safely and efficiently. It is forbidden to use non-explosion-proof electrical tools on site. The VFS504 leak detection device must be checked for the valve group cover before use. It is recommended to use the VS504 leak detection device for burners of 600,000 kcal and above. If the user does not match it, the customer shall be responsible for any accidents caused by it.
