1. Disassemble the burner a. Drain the oil in the heating oil pool. Remove the power cord, air pipe, upper oil pipe, and oil pump motor power cord. Remove the burner. b. Unscrew the flame stabilizing plate fixing screws and remove the flame stabilizing plate. Unscrew the burner cover screws, open the cover, unplug the electrode cable, unscrew the electrode fixing screws, and remove the electrode. c. Unscrew the bolts connecting the oil pipe to the oil injection head and the oil suction pipe, and remove the oil pipe. (The intake pipe connection bolts and fixing nuts can be loosened) Unscrew the nozzle connected to the intake pipe. Remove the oil nozzle on the nozzle. Remove the O-ring on the oil nozzle. d. Open the thermostat box cover, unscrew the screws fixed on the heating oil pool, and remove the thermostat box and the temperature sensor in the heating oil pool from the heating oil pool. Unscrew the nut fixing the heating wire and remove the heating wire. Unscrew the nut fixing the oil suction pipe in the heating oil pool and remove the oil suction pipe. e. Unscrew the screws at the bottom of the filter tank and drain the oil. Unscrew the screws in the middle of the filter tank cover, open the filter tank cover, and remove the filter. The parts of the burner that need to be cleaned and maintained are disassembled.
2. Clean the burner parts a. Remove the dirt on the flame stabilizing plate and open the gap. Clean the carbon deposits on the electrode. b. Use carburetor cleaning agent to clean the fuel injector, nozzle, oil pipe, and oil suction pipe. If the oil pipe and oil suction pipe wall are fouled, use a cleaning rod to clear them. Check whether the O-ring is intact and replace it if necessary. Do not use carburetor cleaning agent to clean the O-ring. c. Clean the oil stains on the heating wire and temperature sensor. Clean the sludge at the bottom of the heating oil pool. d. Clean the filter tank and filter. Drain the oil in the oil storage tank, clean the bottom sludge, and clean the oil tank.
3. Assembly Assemble in reverse order according to the disassembly order. When installing the electrode, pay attention to the gap between the electrode (2.5mm) and the gap between the electrode and other parts. (No grounding) After assembly, add oil to the heated oil pool to the liquid level mark, and then install and use. (The above maintenance work for the burner is performed once a year.)
IV. Daily maintenance
1. Clean the flame stabilizing plate (clean for 3-15 days according to the cleanliness of the fuel oil and the use rate of the burner) Method: Remove the burner and clean the flame stabilizing plate with carburetor cleaning agent to remove carbon deposits and coking, and keep the gap on the plate surface unobstructed. At the same time, check the ignition electrode gap (2.5 mm). The gap between the electrode and other components. (No grounding)
2. Clean the fuel injector and oil pipe (clean once every three months) Method: Use high-pressure air to blow at the fuel injector to clear the oil path. (Do not use carburetor cleaning agent to clean the fuel injector)
3. Clean the filter, photoreceptor, and oil overflow tank (clean in time according to usage)
