Boiler burner accessories occupy an important position in the boiler system and are an important part of the boiler combustion system. The daily use and maintenance of burner accessories have a great impact on the service life of the burner. Next, let me share with you how to repair burner accessories:
1. After starting, the front purge is normal, but the ignition does not light up
Fault cause and repair method:
(1) The solenoid valve does not work (main valve, ignition valve)-check the circuit and repair.
(2) The solenoid valve is burned out-replace a new solenoid valve.
(3) The air pressure is unstable-adjust the air pressure to the specified value.
The air volume is too large-reduce the air supply and reduce the air door opening.
2. Turn on the power, press start, and the motor does not rotate
Fault cause and repair method:
(1) Insufficient air pressure lock-adjust the air pressure to the specified value.
(2) The solenoid valve is not tight and the joint is leaking. Check and lock-clean or repair the solenoid valve pipe joint.
(3) Thermal relay is open: Press reset to check whether the components are damaged and whether the motor current is normal.
(4) At least one conditional circuit is not established (water level, pressure, temperature, whether the program controller is powered on) - check whether the water level, pressure, and temperature are out of limit.
3. White smoke
Fault cause and repair method:
(1) The air volume is too small - close the damper.
(2) The air humidity is too high - reduce the air volume appropriately and increase the inlet air temperature.
(3) The exhaust gas temperature is low - take measures to increase the exhaust gas temperature.
4. No ignition, normal air pressure, no electric ignition
Fault cause and repair method:
(1) The ignition transformer is burned out - replace it with a new one.
(2) The high-voltage wire is damaged or falls off - reinstall or replace it.
(3) The gap is too large or too small, readjust the relative size of the ignition rod position.
(4) The electrode is broken or short-circuited to the ground - reinstall or replace.
(5) Improper spacing - readjust.
