(1) Valve group leak detection
Before each burner is started, the program controller first sends a signal to the leak detector to perform a leak test on the valve group to ensure that the gas valve does not leak.
(2) Pre-purge
The combustion controller purchaser introduces pre-purge to you: Before the fuel enters the furnace for combustion (initial ignition or after the boiler trips), the furnace must be successfully purged to effectively remove any combustible gas that may accumulate in the furnace, otherwise the protection system prevents any fuel burner from starting. The entire purge process should be carried out under certain conditions. If any condition is lost during this period, the purge will be interrupted. The operator can restart the purge program only after the permission conditions are re-established.
(3) Ignition
Ignition is divided into two steps, first igniting a small fire and then igniting the main fire. The ignition process is to ignite the main fire with a small fire. After the flame is ignited, the flame detection device must detect the flame, otherwise the ignition fails, the program controller alarms, the flameout indicator light is on, and it waits for reset and restart. If ignition fails, the burner will go out and cut off the output. The flameout alarm indicator will light up and wait for reset before restarting.
(4) Flame detection
The burner flame detection system is used to detect the presence or absence of flame. When fire is detected, the signal is sent to the program controller. The program controller automatically determines whether the flame signal is consistent with the program according to the program. If it is not consistent, the program controller will alarm and cut off the output. (When the flame signal is detected during purging, the program controller will alarm; after ignition, the program controller cannot detect the flame signal and the program controller will alarm) The flame detector continuously detects the entire combustion process during the combustion process, playing a reliable protection role.
(5) Load regulation
After completing the ignition program, the ultra-low nitrogen burner enters the normal operating state. The increase or decrease control signal is sent through the load selection switch. The burner automatically adjusts the gas and air volume to change the output size to achieve load regulation.
