Matters needing attention between gas boiler, silo and screw feeder


The feeding system of the gas boiler consists of a silo, a vibrating feeder, a screw feeder, a screw feeder pipe, etc. The BMF fuel processed in the factory is conveyed to the silo by a belt conveyor, and then the BMF fuel in the silo is supplied to the burner through a screw feeder for combustion. In order to ensure continuous feeding and the stability of material delivery, a vibrating feeder is connected between the silo and the screw feeder.


The combustion system consists of a burner, a fan, an igniter and other components. The biomass fuel first undergoes a preheating process in the burner, and then the fuel is transported to the furnace by a fan for combustion. BMF fuel contains a large amount of volatile substances. When the temperature in the furnace reaches the precipitation temperature of its volatile substances, the ignition of the igniter fuel can be quickly ignited under the condition of air supply. The burner temperature control is based on the internal temperature of the furnace, and its temperature is related to the amount of air supplied when the fuel evaporates. The regulation of the boiler load is controlled by adjusting the feed amount. The flue gas after combustion passes through the furnace into the convection flue for heat exchange, then enters the dust collector for purification, and then is discharged to complete the entire combustion and heat transfer process.


Some matters needing attention when using gas boilers


1. The specific operation of the gas boiler should be carried out according to the product manual to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.


2. Check the power supply, voltage, water source and gas before starting the machine. Close the drain valve, open the water supply valve, check whether the flue is smooth, check the furnace pressure and the working status of the water pump, check the closing state of the gas pipeline interface, and close the gas valve. Ignite in advance to confirm that the motor is reversing. Check whether the pump is stuck. If the pump is stuck, remove the fan back cover and turn the motor shaft to the flexible state to start.


3. When repairing the boiler or replacing accessories, please cut off the gas and power supply to avoid danger caused by live operation.


4. The electric control box, burner, water pump motor and other parts should be kept away from moisture to prevent combustion, and the boiler should be kept clean.


It belongs to a gas steam boiler. According to the relevant boiler water quality requirements, a water softener must be installed when using this equipment. Since the soft water heater will not cause boiler scaling, it will cause tube bursting and shorten the service life of the boiler. If the above conditions are not used in accordance with the regulations of the water treatment equipment, it will not be covered by the warranty.
