1. When installing point-type flame detectors on the ceiling of an inner corridor with a width of less than 3m, it is advisable to arrange them in the center. The installation spacing of temperature-sensitive fire detectors should not exceed 10m; the installation spacing of smoke-sensitive fire detectors should not exceed 15m; the distance from the detector to the end wall should not be greater than 1/2 of the detector installation spacing.

2. The horizontal distance from the flame detector to the wall or beam edge should not be less than 0.5m.

3. There should be no obstructions within 0.5m around the point-type flame detector.

4. When the room is divided by bookshelves, equipment or partitions, and the distance from the top to the ceiling or beam is less than 5% of the net height of the room, at least one point-type flame detector should be installed for each separated part.

5. The horizontal distance from the flame detector to the edge of the air supply outlet of the air conditioner should not be less than 1.5m, and it should be installed close to the return air outlet. The horizontal distance from the detector to the multi-hole air supply ceiling opening should not be less than 0.5m.
