5. The ignition cable and transformer are faulty: the cable is disconnected, the connector is damaged, causing a short circuit during ignition; the transformer is disconnected or other faults occur.
Measures: clear, replace with new ones, adjust distance, change wires, replace transformer.
2. Phenomenon: The ignition rod of the gas boiler has sparks but cannot ignite.
reason:
1. The ventilation gap of the cyclone disk is blocked by carbon deposits and the ventilation is poor.
2. The oil nozzle is dirty, clogged or worn.
3. The damper setting angle is too small.
4. The distance between the ignition rod and the front edge of the oil nozzle is inappropriate (too protruding or retracted)
5. The solenoid valve of the oil gun is blocked by debris (small fire oil gun).
6. The oil is too viscous to flow easily or the filter system is clogged or the oil valve is not opened, resulting in insufficient oil suction by the oil pump and low oil pressure.
