Because the main fuels of gas burners are natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas and other combustible gases, these fuels are flammable and explosive dangerous gases, and great attention should be paid to safety during use and storage, otherwise Major safety incidents will occur. In order to ensure safe commissioning operations, the operating standards for gas burners are specially formulated:
1. There are three aspects to the inspection before the commissioning of the gas burner:
1. Check whether the gas is in place, whether the gas pipeline is clean and smooth, and whether the valve is open.
2. Whether there is any pipeline leakage, and whether the pipeline installation is reasonable.
3. Exhaust air from the pipeline in front of the gas valve to ensure that there is no mixed air in the pipeline, and the exhaust pipe should be connected to the outside.
2. Internal inspection of gas burner burner
1. Whether the combustion head of the burner is installed and adjusted well.
2. Whether the direction of motor rotation is correct.
3. Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
4. Carry out a cold state simulation of the burner according to the circuit conditions, and observe whether the various components of the equipment in operation are normal and whether the flame detection and protection part is normal.
3. Debugging of gas burner burner
1. Check whether the external gas is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed, and whether the external power supply is in place.
2. Adjust the load of the burner to a small load, adjust the ignition position to a small load accordingly, turn off the large load to ignite and observe the flame situation, and adjust the servo motor or damper according to the flame situation.
5. Matters needing attention in gas engine commissioning and maintenance
1. When the gas burner continuously fails the secondary ignition procedure, it should be stopped to check whether the gas supply system of the burner is normal and whether the circuit connection is correct. The burner can only be restarted after the fault is eliminated.
2. It is strictly forbidden to tap or rub the gas supply pipeline with a wrench or a metal rod, so as to avoid static electricity or sparks, which may cause a gas explosion.
3. Smoking, welding, cutting and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited on the gas supply valve group or the flange surface of the pipeline.
4. It is strictly forbidden to conduct any open flame test next to the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to avoid major accidents.
5. Test whether there is fuel in the gas supply line, usually with a gas low pressure gauge.
6. In the gas supply pipeline, it has been evacuated, but there are residual gases or liquid droplets on the pipe wall, which will also cause combustion and explosion in case of static sparks or open flames.
7. When the gas supply pipeline is ventilated and the valve group needs to be disassembled when there is a fault, the main valve at the front end of the valve group must be cut off first, and then the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group must be vented, and then the valve group can be disassembled and repaired.
8. In the commissioning work, the gas must be serious, safe and efficient.
9. It is forbidden to use non-explosion-proof electrical and electric tools on site.
10. The VPS504 leak detection device must check the valve group cover before use.
11. It is recommended to use VPS504 leak detection device for burners with 600,000 kcal and above. If the user does not match it, the customer shall be responsible for the accident caused by it.
