Operating procedures for asphalt mixing plant mixer


1. Inspection before start-up




1. Check whether the gear oil, air compressor oil, etc. have been filled up and their leakage.




2. Use a blowtorch to roast the asphalt measuring bucket.




3. Check the temperature of heat transfer oil and asphalt.




4. Check whether the screws of the main components such as the vibrating screen are loose.




5. Make sure that the transmission belts and chains are normal and not loose.




2. Start the mixer




1. Be sure to ring the bell before starting to prevent people in the dangerous area.




2. Turn on the main power supply and the secondary power switch of the console, and the power supply of the burner console.




3. Start in sequence in the order of induced draft fan, mixing cylinder, vibrating screen, elevator, drying cylinder, inclined belt, flat belt, frequency conversion power, powder elevator, screw 2, screw 1, screw 3, and air compressor (lead Both the fan and the mixing tank are started for the second time, and other parts will be started after the second suction).




4. Turn on the industrial computer, and turn on the blower after it starts up (it is also a second start, the motor for the second start has a large current at start-up, and the next unit should be started after the current drops to the normal value and the second pull-in , so as not to cause accidents).




3. Operating the mixer




1. After 3 minutes of starting the air induction and blower, the "START" on the burner console will flash, and the ignition can be ignited at this time.




2. Turn on the gas or acetylene, press "START" for 3 seconds and then the electronic ignition device will ignite. If it is lit, the "START", "HEAVY OIL" and "PUMP ON" indicators will always be on, and turn off the gas or acetylene; if it is not lit lights up, try again until it lights up.




3. Simultaneously open the damper of the induced draft and blower, and open the frequency converter for feeding. At this time, the amount of sand and stone should be small, otherwise the temperature will rise slowly. When the knife is above 100°C, the feeding amount can be adjusted to normal. At 130°C, adjust the blower damper to "AUTO".




4. After starting to mix the materials every day, you must manually mix 9-12 plates of materials, because the mixing tank is cold at this time. Then turn the mixing mode knob to "automatic" and press the "automatic start" button.




4. Downtime




1. When the fifth reel before shutdown, reduce the feeding speed of the inverter to half or 1/3 of the normal speed (depending on the size of the required material).




2. Turn off the inverter to stop feeding when the fourth tray is loaded before stopping. When the current of the drying cylinder drops, press and hold the burner console "STOP" for about 3 seconds to extinguish the fire. At this time, the "HEAVY OIL", "START" and "PUMP ON" indicators are off. Turn the blower damper to the "MAN" position, press the damper control button "CLOSE" until "START" starts to flash. At this point the blower can be turned off.




3. When the last plate of ingredients is left, turn the mixing mode knob to "manual", click "interrupt ingredients" at the bottom of the screen with the mouse, and manually put down the last plate of ingredients.




4. Put the fine stone and a little sand into the mixing tank and stir for a while. Clean the mixing tank lining and residual asphalt. Finally, put the remaining material in the silo clean.




5. Turn off each motor in the reverse order of starting up. (The temperature of the drying cylinder must be lower than 90°C before it can be turned off) Then turn off the industrial computer, turn off the secondary power supply, the main power supply and the power supply of the burner console. Close the main switch.
