1. Combustion mode and characteristics of gas furnace
The combustion system mainly refers to the burner. It is composed of nozzle, air regulating plate, ejector, stove head, fire cover and so on. The gas is ejected from the nozzle through the ejector, and the surrounding air is introduced into the mixing tube for thorough mixing. The function of the air regulating plate is to change the amount of primary air entering by adjusting the size of the air inlet, so as to improve the state of the flame, so as to obtain a good combustion condition.
Burners can be divided into diffusion burners, atmospheric burners, and full premix burners.
Gas stove burners mostly use atmospheric burners, also known as injection-type partial premix burners, which are widely used. At present, most domestic gas stoves produced by manufacturers use this kind of burners.
2. Atmospheric burner mainly has the following characteristics:
The flame is short, the firepower is strong, and the combustion temperature is high. It can burn gases of different properties, with high thermal efficiency, relatively complete combustion, and less CO content in the flue gas. Low pressure gas can be used. The air is introduced by gas injection, no blower equipment is required. The heat intensity of the fire hole is relatively large, and the combustion temperature is relatively high.
3. The basic structure of the gas furnace burner:
It is mainly composed of ejector tube, air regulating plate, nozzle, furnace head, fire cover, primary air inlet and so on. The stove head is mostly made of HT200 cast iron, and the surface protection layer is treated with anti-rust and heat-resistant protection. The fire cover is composed of inner and outer fire covers, mostly made of heat-resistant brass. Using precision die forging forming process, the size of the fire hole is accurate, the texture is dense and durable.
