Boiler burners are one type of burners, and their classification is based on supporting equipment. Burners are commonly used supporting equipment in industry and will be used in conjunction with many equipment. The boiler burner refers to the burner used on the boiler. The boiler burner is the most important equipment in the supporting auxiliary equipment of the oil-fired gas boiler. The boiler burner is mainly divided into oil burner, gas burner and dual-fuel burner (also known as Oil and gas dual-purpose burner), among which oil burners can be divided into light oil burners and heavy oil burners. Light oil mainly refers to diesel oil, and heavy oil refers to the heavy oil left after crude oil extracts gasoline and diesel oil; gas combustion Burners can be divided into natural gas burners, city gas burners, liquefied petroleum gas burners and biogas burners.
The composition of the boiler burner is basically the same as that of the ordinary burner, and its functions can be roughly divided into: air supply system, ignition system, monitoring system, fuel system, and electric control system.
Air supply system
The function of the air supply system is to send air with a certain wind speed and volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components are: housing, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire tube, damper controller, damper baffle, cam adjustment mechanism, Diffuser disc.
Ignition system
The function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel. Its main components are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, and electric fire high-voltage cable. Flame length, cone angle and shape can be designed according to user requirements.
Monitoring System
The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner. Its main components include flame monitors, pressure monitors, temperature monitors, etc.
fuel system
The function of the fuel system is to ensure that the burner burns the required fuel. The fuel system of the oil burner mainly includes: oil pipes and joints, oil pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, and heavy oil preheaters. Gas burners mainly include filters, pressure regulators, solenoid valves, ignition solenoid valves, and fuel butterfly valves.
Electronic control system
The electronic control system is the command center and contact center of the above systems. The main control element is the program controller, which is equipped with different program controllers for different burners. The common program controllers are: LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, LGB series , the main difference is that the time of each program step is different.
During use, it is necessary to operate according to the safety manual, especially the pre-blowing is very important. If the residual gas is not removed, once it is ignited, an explosion accident is very likely to occur, which will cause serious personal and property losses.
Precautions
1. When connecting the peripheral circuit and realizing automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., please connect according to the wiring diagram of the control system.
2. The oil suction pipe should not be close to the bottom of the fuel tank, and a distance of 80--120mm should be kept. The burner should be turned off before filling the fuel tank, and the fuel can be injected into the fuel tank after being filtered, and can be restarted after 20 minutes of fuel filling. The oil system must not leak oil or air. Check whether the fuel tank is sufficient before starting the burner.
3. The size of the damper should match the specification of the nozzle. When the burner is in use, since the equipped boiler is inconsistent with the boiler used for debugging when the burner leaves the factory, it is generally necessary to properly adjust the damper, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the oil nozzle with appropriate specifications and spray angles.
4. The ambient temperature of the burner must not exceed 70°C, otherwise cooling and heat insulation measures should be taken. When used in colder regions, appropriate thermal insulation measures should be taken for the oil storage device and the oil supply and return pipeline system to prevent the oil circuit from being blocked due to freezing. At the same time, the control circuit part of the burner must not be exposed to moisture or high temperature. Turn off the burner when sweeping the chimney.
5. The motor should be protected from moisture and should not be used in a humid environment.
6. The burner should be installed in a balanced manner, and should be used horizontally or vertically, and should not be used at an angle.
7. When it is inconvenient to directly operate the burner, an external control switch and electrical protection device should be connected.
8. Frequently check whether the connection between the burner and various components is firm, whether it is loose, and whether the position has changed.
9. When the burner is started, be careful to prevent the sudden flame from hurting people and destroying things.
Maintenance
1. The light diesel oil used must be clean, please pay attention to regularly clean the fuel tank and oil filter.
2. Under normal use, replace the oil nipple once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and the rubber parts on the coupling once a year and a half.
3. It is strictly forbidden for foreign matter to enter the air duct.
4. The site where the burner is used should be kept away from flammable and explosive materials, and fire extinguishing equipment should be equipped.
5. Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the indicated value of the oil pressure.
6. Regularly check the combustion cylinder, impeller, flame detector and ignition electrode to remove oil and carbon deposits. In particular, the flame detector should be kept clean and must not be exposed to water.
7. Be sure to cut off the power supply when maintaining the burner.
