Operation process and maintenance knowledge of fuel burner


First: connect the switching power supply, the motor of the fuel burner is running, and spark discharge occurs between the ignition stages. After about 13 seconds of pre-hair blowing, the vacuum solenoid valve of the gasoline pump opens automatically, and the exhaust gas emitted by the nozzle is penetrated by the spark discharge. Create a flame. At this moment, the flame detector feels the brightness of the flame, and the controller enters the lockout mode.




Second: the ignition stage delays the ignition for about 15 seconds to stop the ignition, and the fuel burner enters the normal operation state. If the ignition fails, no flame is generated, or the flame detector does not feel the light of the flame, after about ten seconds of safety time, the safety alarm device will act, and the operation process of the oil burner will be cut off, indicating a fault The signal light comes on. When the oil burner is just running, if the brightness has been sensed by the flame detector, the safety management system will act, the controller will not enter the normal process, the vacuum solenoid valve will not open easily, and the nozzle will not spray oil. After about ten minutes of safety After a period of time, the common fault signal light will be on.




Next step: When running the fuel burner in a bright place, the flame detector must be covered first to prevent it from seeing light. After the fuel burner emits flames, immediately release the flame detector, otherwise the fuel burner cannot work normally. The fuel burner can only be restarted after the signal light of the fuel burner is on for 3 minutes.




Points to pay special attention to when applying fuel burners:




1. The motor should pay special attention to waterproof and moisture-proof, and prevent it from being used in wet conditions.




2. The oil burner should be kept stable during installation, and should be used horizontally or vertically to avoid skewed use.




3. When it is inconvenient to operate the fuel burner directly, the control circuit and electrical protection device should be connected externally.




4. Frequently check whether the connection between the fuel burner and various components is firm, whether it is loose, and whether the position has changed.




5. Connect the peripheral circuit, and wire according to the automatic control system wiring method when completing the heating furnace temperature, working pressure, water level line, etc.




6. The oil suction pipe should not be close to the bottom of the oil tank, and a distance of 80–120mm should be kept. Before filling the oil tank, the fuel burner should be turned off. The fuel can only be added to the oil tank after being filtered, and it can be restarted after 20 minutes of oil filling. The oil passage system is free from oil and steam leakage. Before running the fuel burner, check whether the fuel tank is sufficient.
