1. Maintenance
The burner is the core part of the heating equipment, involving knowledge of mechanical structure, gas control, electrical control and many other aspects. The daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the combustion system require operators to have high professional skills. The service life of the combustion equipment is directly related to the maintenance of the equipment. Professional maintenance can improve the combustion efficiency, increase the service life of the combustion equipment, and directly bring economic benefits to customers.
Benefits for homeowners:
1. Regular inspection and maintenance can prolong the service life of the equipment.
2. Professional tuning service to provide combustion efficiency and reduce start-up and operation costs.
3. Reduce sudden failure of equipment and improve production efficiency.
4. Improve the safety of gas equipment operation, prevent gas leakage and internal leakage (to the inside of the oven), leading to safety explosion accidents.
2. Maintenance service content:
3. Examples of burner maintenance pictures
1. Clean the gas filter. There are many small particles in the gas, if it is not cleaned for a long time, the gas filter will be clogged and the gas flow will not be supplied. It is recommended to clean at least once a year
2. Clean up the carbon deposit on the ignition rod. The ignition rod will produce carbon deposits after being used for a certain period of time. If it is not cleaned in time, the success rate of ignition will not be high. It is recommended to clean it at least every six months.
3. Cleaning and inspection of flame detection rods. After being used for a period of time, the flame detection rod will produce carbon deposits and deformation, so it needs to be checked every six months. Carbon deposits and deformation affect flame detection.
4. Gas leak detection. Regularly inspect gas pipelines to prevent gas leakage, ensure safe production and operation, save fuel, and prevent explosions and gas poisoning.
5. Gas and air pressure detection. Use special pressure detection equipment to detect the pressure error of the pressure gauge and the detection equipment, and calibrate the gas pressure switch to ensure that the gas switch can operate normally when it is set at the set value, so as to protect the safe operation of the equipment.
6. Check the spool of the solenoid valve to prevent impurities from entering, resulting in lax shutdown in the standby state, and gas leakage into the furnace to prevent explosion accidents.
7. Check the burner fire protection barrel and mixing cone to prevent deformation and burn out. After burning through the furnace installation flange, and the temperature of the burner body becomes high, leading to accidents
8. Fan and fan impeller inspection, carbon deposit cleaning. Too much dust accumulation on the fan and impeller will reduce the air intake of the fan and affect the oxygen supply during combustion.
