1. Instructions for use of the burner of a boiler burner:
When the power is turned on, the burner motor starts, and an electric spark is generated between the ignition electrodes. After about 13 seconds of pre-blowing, the oil pump solenoid valve automatically opens, and the oil mist sprayed from the nozzle is punctured by the electric spark and ignites to form a flame. At this time, the flame detector senses the brightness of the flame, and the controller enters a locked state. The ignition electrode delays ignition for about 15 seconds to stop ignition, and the burner enters a normal working state. If the ignition is unsuccessful, no flame is formed, or the flame detector does not sense the brightness of the flame, then after about 10 seconds of safety time, the safety alarm system will be activated, the start-up working procedure of the burner will be cut off, and the fault red light will be on. When the burner is just started, if the flame detector has sensed the brightness, the safety system will be activated, the controller will not enter the normal program, the solenoid valve will not open, and the nozzle will not spray oil. After about 10 minutes of safety time, the fault red light will be on. Therefore, when starting the burner in the light, be sure to cover the flame detector first to prevent it from seeing the light. After the burner sprays out flames, release the flame detector immediately, otherwise the burner will not work properly. The burner can be restarted only after the red light of the burner is on for 3 minutes.
2. Matters to be noted when using the boiler burner:
1. When connecting the peripheral circuit and realizing automatic control of the boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., please connect according to the control system wiring diagram.
2. The oil suction pipe must not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and should be kept at a distance of 80-120mm. The burner should be turned off before filling the oil tank. The fuel can be injected into the oil tank after filtering, and the machine can be restarted 20 minutes after filling. The oil system must not leak oil and gas. Check whether the fuel tank is sufficient before starting the burner.
3. The size of the damper should match the specifications of the nozzle. When the burner is used, since the boiler equipped is inconsistent with the boiler used for debugging when the burner leaves the factory, it is generally necessary to adjust the damper appropriately, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the nozzle with the appropriate specifications and injection angle.
4. The ambient temperature of the burner should not exceed 70℃, otherwise cooling and heat insulation measures should be taken. When used in colder areas, appropriate insulation measures should be taken for the oil storage device and the oil supply and return pipeline system to prevent the oil circuit from being blocked due to freezing. At the same time, the control circuit part of the burner should not be exposed to moisture or high temperature. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.
5. The motor should be moisture-proof and avoid using it in a humid environment.
6. The burner should be balanced when installed, and it should be used horizontally or vertically to avoid tilting.
7. When it is inconvenient to operate the burner directly, an external control switch and electrical protection device should be connected.
8. Frequently check whether the connection of the burner and its components is firm, loose, or has changed position.
9. When the burner is started, prevent the sudden ejection of flames from injuring people and destroying property.
III. Precautions for regular maintenance of boiler burners:
1. The light diesel oil used must be clean. Please pay attention to regular cleaning of the fuel tank and oil filter.
2. Under normal use, replace the oil nozzle once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and the rubber parts on the coupling once a year and a half.
3. It is strictly forbidden to allow foreign matter to enter the air duct.
4. The burner should be used away from flammable and explosive materials, and fire extinguishing equipment should be available.
5. Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the oil pressure indication value.
6. Regularly check the combustion tube, impeller, flame detector and ignition electrode to remove oil and carbon deposits. In particular, the flame detector should be kept clean and not exposed to water.
7. Be sure to cut off the power supply when maintaining the burner.
