6. Start the power control button on the control cabinet. At this time, the digital display will display the current temperature in the furnace. This temperature of the newly installed furnace body is the ambient temperature.
7. Turn on the fan control button and the fan installed on the furnace body will work. At this time, if the fan is damaged, the control cabinet will be automatically protected from entering the next operation.
8. When the combustion fan works without abnormality, start the combustion control button again. At this time, the combustion program controller starts to work. It carries out ignition, air supply, flame detection, etc. through certain procedures to finally achieve safe combustion.
9. When the combustion controller receives signals that are not conducive to combustion (for example: ignition failure, unstable air pressure, circuit problems) and other problems, the combustion controller immediately turns off the gas and sends an alarm signal.
10. If the combustion controller alarms, it must be manually reset by the operator after the fault is resolved before it can continue to work.
11. For the operation of the entire equipment, operators should refer to the furnace safety operating procedures and production process requirements.
12. When the control temperature needs to be adjusted according to the production process requirements, the operator should refer to the boiler manual, burner user manual, and intelligent CNC meter manual for adjustment.
Gas burner shutdown operation
1. There are two situations of shutdown: the first is: when the temperature in the furnace reaches the set value, it will automatically shut down. The operator does not need to do anything at this time. The controller will automatically turn on when the temperature in the furnace is lower than the set value.
2. The second is: during manual shutdown or shift handover shutdown, the operator should turn off the combustion control button in the reverse order (a. Turn off the combustion control button first, b. Then turn off the fan button, c. Finally turn off the power button ) operation to shut down.
3. When the shutdown time is long, the operator should close the gas pipeline valve to avoid gas leakage.
Gas burner debugging
(1) Before debugging the gas burner, check whether the gas is in place, whether the gas pipeline is clean and smooth, and whether the valve is open.
(2) Whether there is any pipeline leakage and whether the pipeline installation is reasonable.

Check whether the combustion head of the burner is installed and adjusted properly.
Check whether the direction of motor rotation is correct.
Check whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
Check, conduct a cold state simulation of the burner according to the circuit conditions, and observe whether each component of the equipment during operation is normal and whether the flame detection and protection part is normal.
