(3) Prepare firewood, shavings, oily wire and other ignition materials for ignition, and prepare fire clay for sealing the furnace door.
3. Furnace laying and ignition of the gas generator:
(1) Use fully burned 30-100mm slag to pave the furnace.
(2) Some relatively large ash slag should be spread near the air cap to facilitate uniform blasting. After laying, it should be blown for a while to make the slag layer ventilated smoothly.
(3) Put in the firewood and start the fire from the furnace door.
(4) After ignition, when the firepower is strong, you can add a small amount of coal and start the blower to make the surroundings burn evenly, then you can thicken the coal seam to achieve normal gasification and prepare to send gas.
4. Gas generator gas transportation:
(1) When the furnace is ignited to a certain level, increase the air volume and the amount of coal added, and at the same time send in water vapor. When the fuel layer reaches a certain height, there will be yellow smoke at the exhaust chimney, which means that the gas has occurred.
(2) Close the exhaust chimney, open the valve of the gas main pipe, and let the gas flow into the heating furnace. At this time, the burner can be ignited
5. Shutdown operation:
(1) Stop adding coal half to one hour before stopping the furnace, and stir out the ash to burn out the fuel.
(2) Before shutting down the furnace, first open the exhaust chimney, first turn off the primary air, then turn off the secondary air (beneficial for burner protection), and close the steam valve at the same time.
(3) Turn off the main power supply of the electrical instrument cabinet and the main gas valve.
6. Check the gasification temperature at any time:
(1) The gas outlet temperature is generally controlled at 450-550°C.
(2) The saturation temperature of the mixture is 50-65°C.
(3) The normal working pressure of primary air is 100-250mmH20. (according to various types of stoves)
7. Each operation team must clean the water seal every day, the ash bucket is cleaned every 5-6 days, and the dust is cleaned every 4-5 days.
8. Precautions for safe operation and maintenance of gas generator:
(1) When igniting the fire, the primary wind must be turned down, and people should stand one meter away from the ignition hole or the side of the furnace door to prevent gas from escaping and hurting people;
(2) When igniting, first put the fire rod behind the heating furnace, and then send gas. After ignition, turn on the secondary air and turn it down, and then gradually increase the secondary air. If the primary ignition fails, exhaust the exhaust gas before sending Gas, ignite the burners one by one;
(3) In the event of a sudden power failure, immediately open the venting chimney, let off the water, and close the water tank leading to the production heating furnace (to add gas);
(4) Quickly open the six observation hole covers (drilling hole covers), which are used in case of sudden power failure;
(5) Check the gas pipeline frequently to prevent clogging of residual oil or gas leakage and remove it in time
(6) When the gas furnace is brazing, open the steam seal, do not open the steam too much, just seal it, and only open one at a time;
(7) The general control height is measured from the observation hole to about 1.8 meters in the coal seam;
(8) When looking at the fire, the color of the fire layer is generally reddish, so there should be no fire;
(9) Pay attention to observe the gasification index of the producer to keep it in the normal working range;
(10) Every mechanical rotating part should be refueled frequently to keep it lubricated;
