2. Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of equipment, especially the shutdown standby unit. If hidden dangers of equipment are found, such as burner blunt wear and looseness, etc., the maintenance personnel shall be notified in time to deal with it.
3. Improvement of coal filling work. Reduce the change of the heat of coal into the furnace, prevent coking in the furnace of the hot blast stove due to the change of coal quality, and disturb the combustion conditions in the furnace when large pieces of coke fall, causing the occurrence of fire extinguishing accidents in the hot blast stove. When the low calorific value of the coal entering the furnace is too high, it is easy to cause coking in the furnace. However, when the calorific value of the low-level coal into the furnace is too low, it is easy to cause the hot blast stove to go out unstable, the main steam pressure of the hot blast stove cannot rise, and the unit cannot carry the load. How to blend more suitable, need to do further research work.

Strengthen the supervision of the flameout of the burner, prevent the coal combustion from producing recyclable gas due to lack of oxygen to extinguish the fire, reduce the ST value of the coal combustion, and cause coking of the hot blast stove. In addition, the air flow in the furnace should be adjusted according to the coal quality to prevent coking in the furnace due to deflection of the flame in the furnace and close to the furnace wall.
