UNITED KINGDOM - The production of the Baileys line at the Diageo plant has increased significantly thanks to the use of two dual-fuel burners from the Riello Group. This is the first time that the integral MB8LSE burner has been installed and used in Northern Ireland after it was released at the Mostella Conference in Italy, and it is also the first batch of burners applied to steam boilers. During the production process, each boiler produces about 10 tons of steam per hour. The factory in Belfast was designed specifically for the production of Baileys. Belfast is supplying boilers and burners on a CIF basis and for the first time steam boilers are also being supplied.
The integral MB series burners used in this application are specially designed for large-scale commercial and industrial thermal energy systems. The forced draft integral burner adopts full proportional adjustment control, uses independent electronic servo motor to adjust the air and fuel flow, realizes the precise control of the burner output range, and at the same time optimizes the overall efficiency.
The built-in burner management control unit features communication with building management systems, programmable logic controllers or computer network systems. Exhaust gas analysis and oxygen trimming facilities and full boiler sequencing can also be easily controlled. There are four main categories of burners in the MB range: MB SE for gas burners, MB LE for oil burners, MB SE BLU for low NOx emission dual fuel burners complying with Category III emission standards in EN676, MB LSE for dual fuel combustion device. In addition, all burner models have an optional variable speed drive for the blower motor, which reduces power consumption and noise emissions when the burner is operating at low List of planned energy technologies".
The integral burner uses common parts specially designed and produced for the Riello Group, so that all Riello burners can be guaranteed in quality.
